TrainVexa offers live and recorded training sessions, workshops, and consultancy tailored to digital skills development ("Services").

3. Digital Products

TrainVexa sells downloadable courses, e-books, and multimedia guides ("Products").

4. Physical Goods

TrainVexa may offer branded training materials, books, and related merchandise ("Goods").

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund for live sessions up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Requests submitted in writing via the contact form will be processed within 14 days. If a session is postponed by TrainVexa, clients may opt to reschedule at no extra cost.

Recorded sessions and consultancy packages are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. This measure ensures session integrity and protection of proprietary materials.

5.2 Infoproducts

For downloadable courses and e-books, clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided less than 20% of content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

5.3 Goods

Clients may ship back Goods in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. If goods are damaged or used, a partial credit may be issued at our discretion.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule live sessions, notify us at least 7 days before the event via the contact form. Late requests may not be accommodated or may incur a fee up to the service cost.
